When you call us, we receive your name, phone number, the property location and what you tell us about the roof. We use it to respond to you, schedule visits and prepare a scope.

How we use it

We use your information only to handle your request and the work that follows, including any written scope and invoice. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Calls

Calls to our number may be recorded where the law permits, for quality and to resolve disputes. When our schedule is full or outside working hours, a call may be forwarded to another local provider, as explained in our terms; that provider handles the information you give them under its own policies.

Website analytics and cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google servers. Maps load only when you press the View map button, at which point Google Maps may set its own cookies.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, warranties provided by manufacturers, and legal or tax requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need by calling the number on this site.
