Quick answer: Roofing coverage from our Albuquerque service office on Academy Parkway reaches the whole metro and the counties around it, from Rio Rancho and Corrales in Sandoval County to Los Lunas and Belen in Valencia County and Moriarty east of the mountains. The head office in southern Santa Fe County covers Santa Fe, Eldorado and Edgewood.
Coverage
Albuquerque itself
Inside the city the work splits by era and terrain. Older adobe homes in the North Valley and the South Valley mostly sit under flat roofs behind parapets, where canales, parapet caps and tar and gravel repairs make up much of the work. Up in Sandia Heights and along the West Side ridges, wind is the bigger issue, and ridge caps and rake edges take the hits. Down near Kirtland AFB, a single September 2025 storm dropped more than two inches in an hour, which is the kind of burst that shows whether a roof drain was sized properly.

Coverage
North of the city, from Rio Rancho to Placitas
Rio Rancho mixes newer pitched subdivisions with mid-century ranch houses that carry flat roofs, so we see every kind of roof there in a single week. Corrales and Los Ranchos de Albuquerque sit along the river between the city and Rio Rancho, with Bernalillo and Placitas farther north toward the mountains. Storms land unevenly across this stretch: in the 2025 monsoon, Placitas took well over two inches in August while much of Rio Rancho stayed comparatively dry.

Coverage
South along the river to Los Lunas and Belen
South of the city, our regular coverage follows the river through Bosque Farms and Los Lunas down to Belen. The jobs there are the same ones we do across the metro, from flat roof repairs and coatings to shingle roofs worn thin by the sun, plus metal roofs on farm buildings and manufactured homes, all dispatched from the same Albuquerque service office.

Coverage
The Santa Fe end of the corridor
Our head office sits on Louis Rd in southern Santa Fe County, about an hour up I-25 from the Albuquerque service office. That puts Santa Fe and Eldorado within regular reach, and it is why one phone number covers both ends of the corridor. The same crews and the same standards apply at either end; only the dispatch point changes.

Each page covers the towns, the local conditions and the permit path for that part of our coverage.
Honest limits
Where our coverage ends
Our regular coverage is the metro and the four counties around it, Sandoval, Valencia, Santa Fe and Torrance, including Edgewood, Moriarty and Estancia east of the mountains. Beyond those counties, such as Socorro County to the south or Cibola County to the west, we look at each job individually. We would rather tell you on the phone that we cannot reach you in time than promise a visit we cannot keep.
Response times depend on the day and the weather, so we give you a real estimate when you call rather than a number on a web page.
