The guides and pages on this site are general information about roofing in the Albuquerque area. They are not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your specific roof.

Estimates and scopes

Written scopes are based on the conditions we can see and test at the time of the visit. Hidden damage found once work begins, such as wet insulation or rotted decking, can change the scope, and we tell you before doing additional work. Cost ranges in our guides come from published sources and are not our prices.

Telephone contact and consent

By calling us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text about that request. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.

How calls are handled

Loya Roofing handles service calls with the crews described on this site. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local roofing provider in the area so you can still get help quickly. That provider sets its own availability and pricing, which can differ from ours. Before any work begins, with us or anyone else, confirm licensing and insurance.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded where the law permits, for quality purposes and to resolve disputes.

Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for the work we perform under a written scope. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from general information on this website, or for work performed by any other provider.
